Every day, more and
more ads appear on the Web. Big companies pay big bucks to get their ads in front of you
while you surf. And what do you get? Nothing. Zip. Not a dime. Wouldn’t it be great
if you could get a little something back for your time and your desktop space? mValue can help you get
paid for the time you spend on the Web. Here’s how it works:
- You download the mValue Panel (it sits
open on your desktop, displaying ads as you go about your business)
- Advertisers pay us to place ads on the Panel
- We pay you for having the Panel open while you surf
- We pay you even more when you sign up your friends and
they use the Panel.
- Your personal information is always kept completely
confidential.
* Our current maximum is 10 hours per month, but we are
working to increase this limit for our members.

Payment Rates
You earn cash and mValue points when you are online and actively using your browser
(surfing). You earn points, but not cash, when you are online but using any other
application (such as Word or Excel). The green light on the mValue Panel indicates when
you are online and earning points.
The hourly cash rates paid to you are:
$0.50 for your online surf time
$0.10 to you for any direct referrals you have signed-up
$0.05 to you for extended referrals (Level 1)
$0.05 to you for extended referrals (Level 2)
$0.05 to you for extended referrals (Level 3)
$0.05 to you for extended referrals (Level 4)

Please note that you have to be using the Panel to get credit for your referrals surf
time. For example, if you use the mValue Panel for 5 hours a month, and a referral uses it
for 10 hours, you will only get credit for 5 hours of your referrals surf time. Also,
after 60 seconds with no computer activity (no keyboard clicks or mouse movements) you
will stop accumulating cash and points. When you begin using the computer again, you will
begin to earn cash and points again.
How Payment Works
We send you a check at the end of each month to the address listed on your
registration form. If you have earned less than $20 with us, we will wait until your
account reaches at least $20 before sending your check. Checks are mailed out at the end
of the following month. For example, if you earn $35 in February, we will send a check to
you at the end of March for $35. We hope to make direct deposit available to our members
in the near future. We also plan on giving you the option of donating a portion of your
earnings to one of several nationally recognized charities.
mValue Points
You accumulate mValue points based on how much time your Panel is open while online
surfing. You can earn unlimited Points for just being online even while using any other
application including e-mail, Word, Excel, etc. There is no limit to number of hours you
can use the Panel each month to earn points. Members earn .01 points per second when
online using the mValue Panel which are redeemable for special deals, prizes, etc. from
our advertising partners.
Other Notes
Remember, you can NOT SPAM for referrals (i.e. sending emails to people you do not
know). If you are caught, your mValue Membership will be cancelled and will not be
eligible to earn cash or mValue points.
